Alessandro Garrone

CHAIR

Alessandro Garrone was born in Genoa on 28 April 1963. He is married and has three children. Holding a degree in Economics, he is keen on ski mountaineering, trekking, hunting and cycling. He is also an aircraft pilot. He is currently Executive Deputy Chair of Erg SpA, Chair of the Strategic Committee of ERG SpA and Chair of the Edoardo Garrone Foundation. He is also the Honorary Consul for Mexico in Genoa, a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Passadore & C. SpA, Chair of MUS-E Italia and Deputy Chair of the Executive Board of the Italian Association of Family Businesses or AIDAF (Associazione Italiana Imprese Familiari).

Francesca Campora

GENERAL MANAGER

Francesca Campora has been the General Manager of the Edoardo Garrone Foundation since 2013, developing training and educational projects mostly aimed at young people who are looking to run their business with a special focus on the local territory, mixing the local environmental, cultural and social resources into uniquely original projects.

She was previously Corporate Communication Manager for the ERG Group, where she was responsible for all communication aspects, including during important periods of change and evolution of the existing business model.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Higher Management Training School or SAFM (Scuola di Alta Formazione Manageriale), the Flying Angels Foundation Onlus charity and a member of the Executive Board of Mus-e Italia Onlus.

She is keen on trekking and swimming and has a collection of picture books.
