In 2018 Fondazione Edoardo Garrone successfully implemented for the first time its enterprise acceleration programmes for young enterprises in the Apennine areas. In that year, thanks to ReStartApp per il centro Italia (ReStartApp for Central Italy), 8 businesses from the Lazio, Marche, and Umbria regions had the opportunity to strengthen their business and managerial skills.

As part of Progetto Appennino, Vitamine in azienda (Company vitamins) joined the networking workshop targeted at enterprises Imprese in rete (Networked enterprises) and the long-established project ReStartApp, a start-up incubator for young aspiring entrepreneurs based in mountain areas. The outcome is an integrated, flexible, individualised system of education and training tools aimed at relaunching the local economy.

How to take part in the project

All enterprises interested in participating in the project can apply by filling out the online form by 10 April 2020.

The acceleration programme for local enterprises

This is a free-of-charge, individualised programme offering guidance, consultancy, and coaching to businesses based in the Apennine region. The programme includes 7 dedicated meetings led by a consultant, during which every single company will be able to discuss issues related to business management and development.

The programme also includes 3 training and sharing days open to all selected enterprises.

The objectives of the acceleration programme

  • Company organisation (human resources management, process verification and optimisation, etc.)
  • Leadership and managerial skills (goal orientation, medium/long-term vision, leadership tools and techniques, etc.)
The target

Small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Umbria and Marche region Apennines, preferably run by young entrepreneurs under the age of 40.
